Refund policy

Since each item of clothing is made-to-order, we do not have a refund policy.

Before purchasing an item online, read through the sizing, material and colour details or write to us at should you have any queries.

An item once purchased cannot be returned in exchange for a refund.

We offer an exchange policy for such cases. Scroll down for more details.



An item of clothing purchased can be exchanged for another item of the same monetary value.

For an item to be eligible for exchange, the customer must write to with the concern within 7 days of purchase.

We will arrange a reverse pick up and inspect the item before contacting you.

A member of the team shall then get in touch with you to understand your concern and assist with an exchange for another item of clothing of the same monetary value. You can also opt for an item of a higher monetary value but the difference must be paid.

Defected items will not be eligible for exchange since our team does a thorough quality check prior to dispatch.

Should there be a damage in the item when it arrives, an image of the same must be mailed to within 24-hours of arrival.

Should there be any sizing concerns with your item, the customer can visit the store or deliver the outfit to the store for fitting adjustments (tightening or loosening).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



All orders will be cancelled only if the product is damaged physically. Cancellations will be handled within 10-15 days from the request date. After a complete understanding of the root cause by our team will the order be refunded.
